If the 7th digit and 8th digit are 08 or 80, this mean your cellular is a Germany product, the quality is quiet well.

If the 7th digit and 8th digit are 01 or 10, this mean your cellular is a Finland product, the quality is Good.

If the 7th digit and 8th digit are 00 , this mean your cellular is a France product, the quality is the best.

Kalau nomor digit ke-tujuh dan ke-delapan adalah 08 atau 80, berarti hape anda difabrikasi di Jerman, yang kualitasnya lumayan.
